Adapt Hand Therapy welcomes enquires and referrals for the treatment of Upper Limb Injuries. We accept referrals from GP’s, Specialists and Allied Health Practitioners.
Referrals are not essential for privately funded patients.
We encourage all patients to bring any relevant scans, imaging or operation notes to ensure the best possible care.
